Am I just paranoid?

I'm worried about my neighbor. I noticed when I got home after work yesterday that their TV was on loud enough to hear in the hallway and there was a package in front of their door. When I got back around midnight the TV was still on and the package still there. Then - this afternoon - same thing. So - no one's been in or out (to get the package), but the TV's been blasting. This leads me to think that it was on like that all night. I have these flashing images of someone dying in front of the TV or something.... I left a message with the management office to let them know my concern. If it's still like that tonight I'm going to knock or something. I don't know my neighbors there - but, doesn't this seem a bit off?
What do you all think - am I just being paranoid or is this a bit weird?

if the management office hasnt looked into it, ask the people who live next to the neighbor in question about whether or not this type of thing is 'normal.'

you're not being paranoid
if it continues-- management has to do something. you should complain to management about the noise. if they are in some drug-induced haze,you probably shouldn't put yourself in a position to deal with them. but you have legitimate reasons to be concerned.
